About the role

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director position. The role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and is ready to take on a leadership position focused on personal growth and team development. The Managing Director will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors, continue personal client work, recruit and mentor advisors, foster a high‑performance culture, and help shape the firm’s future growth. The firm provides support, infrastructure, and brand strength of over 175 years while allowing freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors.
• Continue personal client work while expanding the practice.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop fellow advisors.
• Foster a high‑performance culture within the team.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and future direction of the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
• Business‑driven mindset with a long‑term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
