About the role

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. This leadership role focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Mentor advisors
• Expand client portfolios
• Ensure exceptional service delivery consistent with WealthBridge’s standards and values
• Leverage the firm’s resources and brand strength to support your vision for growth while maintaining your own client practice
• Maintain a thriving personal practice and lead by example (player/coach role)

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice
• Active Life and Health insurance license required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
