This leadership role focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for mentoring advisors, expanding client portfolios, and ensuring exceptional service delivery consistent with WealthBridge’s standards and values. You'll leverage our firm’s resources and brand strength to support your vision for growth, while maintaining your own client practice. This is a PLAYER/COACH role -- you will have a thriving personal practice and lead by example Requirements Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practiceActive Life and Health insurance license requiredFINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently heldStrong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisorsProven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planningBusiness-oriented mindset with long-term strategic visionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAuthorization to work in the United States
