WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director position. The role focuses on personal growth and team development, leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. You will recruit and mentor advisors, foster a high‑performance culture, and help shape the firm’s future growth, backed by the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing advisors.
• Maintain and grow your own client practice.
• Foster a high‑performance culture within the team.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and future direction of the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
• Business‑driven mindset with a long‑term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
