About the role
The Managing Director is responsible for leading and driving daily operations, maintaining full P&L responsibility, setting strategic direction, and managing all aspects of business planning for a designated geographic region of ECI clients. This role provides strategic and operational leadership while ensuring financial, growth, and customer objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding market dynamics and future growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement business plans that support profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and regional teams.
- Drive regional growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
- Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate across matrixed teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a culture of accountability.
- Travel throughout the region to strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a Managed Service Provider or related technology services environment.
- Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience, including leadership of leaders.
- Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning and operational leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing service delivery organizations.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and change management skills.
- Process improvement and performance optimization experience; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Executive presence with a proven ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels.

Pay
$225,000 to $300,000 annually (DOE & location), plus variable compensation.
