MANAGING DIRECTOR

About the role

A Managing Director is needed to oversee an exciting new neighborhood restaurant concept. The successful candidate will have experience in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, a strong interest in mixology, and the ability to create and enforce structure and standards while fostering a positive team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for service and a desire to be part of a growing business, dedicated to creating a warm and inviting culture for employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including FOH and BOH.
• Develop and enforce operational standards and structures.
• Cultivate a warm, inviting, and positive culture for staff and guests.
• Drive growth and innovation within the restaurant concept.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) roles.
• Strong interest and experience in mixology.
