About the role
The Managing Director, AI Services oversees the development and implementation of AI services across the organization. This role leverages advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction and execution of AI initiatives within the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes and systems.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools and platforms that best meet organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in AI deployment.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on the use of AI tools and best practices.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in AI research, development, and management.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in complex environments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
