Responsibilities
- Lead client Workday Financial Management workstreams, ensuring best practices are applied across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management.
- Oversee project lifecycles, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to align Workday solutions with strategic business objectives and financial processes.
- Design, configure, and deliver scalable Workday solutions, including business processes, reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support data conversion, integrations, and testing activities across complex client environments.
- Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants, fostering delivery excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Identify enhancement opportunities with new Workday releases and ensure adoption of innovative features.
- Contribute to business development through client presentations, proposal support, and relationship management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management.
- Proven success managing large-scale Workday Financials implementations with multiple clients.
- Strong project workstream experience, with the ability to manage deliverables and timelines effectively.
- Advanced report writing skills with experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and end-to-end business cycles (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Customer-to-Cash, etc.).
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and tenant configuration practices.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, including short-duration projects.
- Workday Certification or Workday PRO certification highly desirable.
- Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
