Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of consultants.
- Lead engagements as part of the Workday Financials Practice and recommend the best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Manage support requests related to Workday Financials which require a great deal of workstream management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Develop system configuration solutions, composite reports and calculated fields; demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the client in sing the Workday solution.
- Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes based on unique client requirements and best practices across the Workday platform.
- Support client-side implementations including assembling data gathering workbooks as well as system sing and UAT.
- Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Aid the integrations team in helping to configure and s integrations between Workday and other third party/custom solutions.
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and outside vendors.
- Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases.
- Perform peer reviews, manage, train and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management demonstrated success of hands-on experience with delivering Workday solutions in this area.
- 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager with Workday, or a Workday Partner or Workday Client.
- 2+ years of experience doing project management.
- Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes with advanced report writing skills; and experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules and calculated fields.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Adaptive insights solutions experience is a plus.
- Current or previous Workday Certification highly desired including Workday PRO.
- Ability to support effectively multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
- Degree or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
