Managing Consultant - Revenue Integrity - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Assess charge generation and capture workflows for revenue leakage and compliance risks
• Review and draft Revenue Integrity policies with improvement recommendations
• Conduct detailed research and data analysis from industry and client resources
• Utilize software tools to develop creative solutions for clients
• Create financial models using transactional and client data
• Develop and execute project work plans
• Draft client deliverables for project lead review
• Collaborate with internal teams on methodology and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management or related discipline
• 4-8 years of experience in Revenue Integrity consulting or industry work including performance improvement and reimbursement strategies
• Expertise in Charge Description Master (CDM) Management and Charge Capture
• Understanding of Medicare payment systems (IPPS, OPPS, ASC)
• Familiarity with compliance principles and regulatory changes related to Revenue Integrity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various EMRs like Epic and Cerner

Pay

$120,000 – $165,000 annually
