Responsibilities
- Design and assess healthcare revenue processes aligning with regulatory and business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue integrity, coding, and pricing processes
- Evaluate client compliance with federal and state regulations, including patient rights and privacy
- Analyze and optimize revenue cycle organizational structure and staffing
- Enhance technical adoption across EMR, billing, and related systems
- Create deliverables, training materials, and support project management to ensure quality service
- Mentor junior team members and support sales activities by engaging with clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of revenue integrity leadership in healthcare, preferably consulting
- Experience managing revenue integrity teams and processes
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification preferred
- Proven leadership and client service supervision abilities
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 60%
