For our client, we are seeking a Managing Consultant - Revenue Cycle Analytics - Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. The consultant will lead analytics-driven client engagements focused on improving revenue cycle performance across healthcare organizations. This role blends quantitative analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management to deliver actionable recommendations that reduce denials, improve financial outcomes, and strengthen operational execution. You will partner closely with client leaders and internal teams to translate complex data into practical solutions that support better decision-making and measurable results. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to resolve client challenges Design data-driven solutions for revenue cycle improvements Create dashboards and reports to present actionable insights Provide expertise on insurance denial protocols to craft data-informed client recommendations Utilize appropriate tools or perform research to advance engagement initiatives Lead work streams, ensuring execution and oversight of analysis Manage client relationships, tailoring communication to various stakeholders Audit practices using data analysis to identify opportunities or risks Foster independent problem-solving and next steps in task management Mentor junior team members on analytics and domain knowledge Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, ideally at the Manager level in consulting or the healthcare industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, computer science, finance, or a related field Experience leading denials avoidance and write-off reduction initiatives with measurable results Background in process redesign and improvement Knowledge across the Revenue Cycle spectrum, including Patient Access and Financial Services Proven skills in SQL/Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives and teams Benefits Willingness to travel up to 20% based on project needs Opportunity for professional growth within the organization Collaborative team environment focused on meeting client expectations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
