Responsibilities
- Lead Epic revenue cycle implementations and optimization across functions
- Provide strategic guidance on revenue cycle workflows and Epic configurations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client relationships
- Design and implement solutions for Patient Access and related Epic applications
- Conduct assessments of current-state processes with future-state recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants and team members
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders
- Ensure successful go-lives and support post-implementation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Epic revenue cycle experience in consulting or leadership roles
- Proven leadership in multiple Epic implementations or optimization projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle functions
- Deep familiarity with Epic revenue cycle applications and their workflows
- Strong client relationship management skills in a consulting environment
Skills
- Development experience with Epic applications
- Experience with Epic revenue cycle workflows and configurations
- Ability to design and implement solutions for Patient Access and related Epic applications
- Proficiency in conducting assessments of current-state processes with future-state recommendations
- Excellent mentorship and facilitation skills
