Managing Consultant, Commercial Disputes
About the role
The qualified person will have had experience in addressing real-world applied economics questions, including in the areas of intellectual property, and financial analysis. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with robust analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and a desire to work with leading experts in the field.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree with an academic focus on quantitative research (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline)
- Minimum six (6+) years of experience in an advisory firm managing commercial disputes
- Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to explain, economic, financial and/or accounting concepts, and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
- Minimum six (6+) years of experience in intellectual property, competition economics litigation matters
- Experience working with large data sets in Excel and/or statistical analysis programs (e.g SAS, Stata, R, etc.)

- Excellent communication, managerial and analytical skills, as well as leadership skills
- Demonstrated the ability to create strategic visions and to implement strategies with a proven track record
- Clear and demonstrated interest in consulting with the broader vision of generating business and becoming known in the marketplace as an Expert in your field

Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 to $230,000 per year.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position working out of our NYC or Chicago offices a few times a week.
