Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, natural resources management, ecology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in NEPA impact assessment and multi-media permitting
- Preferred: 8 years of experience

Preferred Experience
- Established client relationships in the Midwest energy and infrastructure sectors
- Experience with international projects and global regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental permitting and compliance for renewable energy, transmission, and oil & gas projects
- Oversee ESA consultations, develop Habitat Conservation Plans, and prepare mitigation strategies
- Deliver NEPA-compliant impact assessments and management plans, ensuring regulatory alignment
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, identifying opportunities to add business value
- Maintain high standards for health & safety, financial performance, and client satisfaction
