Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attorneys and paralegals
• Maintain a caseload of workers' compensation cases
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts
• Recruit new clients and maintain existing relationships
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with legal standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Must reside within 1 hour of San Francisco
• Proven management and leadership experience
• Strong business development skills
• Current member in good standing of the California Bar
