with items. - Requirements: maybe required qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? But we have both required and preferred. The instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading like "Managing Attorney". Use section headings as per list. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated content. Let's craft. First, About the role: a paragraph summarizing CLS, Energy Unit, role. We'll write something like:

Community Legal Services, Inc. of Philadelphia (CLS) is a non‑profit public interest agency providing free civil legal services to low‑income Philadelphia residents. As the largest provider in the area (over 80 lawyers and 180 staff), CLS is locally and nationally renowned for ensuring access to justice. The Energy Unit, with seven staff in two offices, advocates for affordable water, heat, and electricity, engages in client representation, strategic litigation, administrative and legislative advocacy, media outreach, and serves as Philadelphia’s Public Advocate on utility issues. The Managing Attorney will lead the Unit’s advocacy and legal services, oversee intake, case representation, systemic policy work, litigation, communications, community education, and provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to staff while engaging with city, state, utility agencies, advocacy groups, and the communities served.

That seems to capture. Now Responsibilities: we can list essential functions as bullet points. We need to avoid duplication. Let's list: - Advocacy and Issue Leadership: use a wide array of legal tools (policy and legislative advocacy, community education, litigation) to support multifaceted impact advocacy campaigns and racial justice advocacy; engage with legal services leaders, programs, and the advocacy community to advance a policy agenda at local, state, regional, and national levels; collaborate with other CLS units on overlapping areas (e.g., Housing, language access, income supports); provide advice and representation to a small caseload of individual clients; engage in and co‑counsel policy work (administrative and legislative), appellate work, complex and major litigation, and special projects with Unit members. - Team Leadership and Management: work with the Director of Supervision and Professional Development and Unit supervisors to strengthen supervision skills and ensure professional development opportunities; directly supervise staff (hiring, mentoring, performance evaluations, supporting substantive legal work); collaborate with Unit members and upper management to develop, implement, and supervise litigation and/or advocacy strategies for systemic legal problems. - Stakeholder and Partner Relationships: build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with impacted community members, stakeholders, agency heads, and elected officials; work in coalition with legal, non‑profit, and community‑based advocacy organizations to advance Unit and CLS advocacy objectives; oversee and coordinate CLS’s contracts, grants, and related relationships involving the Energy Unit, participate in fundraising, and identify opportunities for resource development and media relations. We can put each as
    • . Now Requirements: required qualifications bullet list. - Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or ability to become licensed. - Experience working with low‑income and/or hard‑to‑reach people from a variety of backgrounds while demonstrating cultural humility. - Commitment to working with diverse populations, advocating for racial and economic justice, and public interest. - Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills. - Willingness to learn and use new software, technology, case management systems, etc. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Now Qualifications: preferred qualifications bullet list. - Seven or more years of experience as a practicing attorney. - Experience as a supervisor or team manager. - Experience with energy/utility law or advocacy. - Experience in a legal services or non‑profit environment. Now Skills: maybe we can extract specific skills from required qualifications: research, writing, advocacy, Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to learn new software/technology/case management systems. Could also include cultural humility, commitment to justice, etc. But those are more qualifications. We'll list skills as bullet list. - Legal research, writing
