Managing Attorney

This is a remote role in Nevada; you must live in NV and be admitted to practice law in NV.

About the role

An experienced attorney is needed to provide legal representation to Nevada’s clientele and assist in managing the firm’s office. The position offers broad responsibilities and exposure to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters. You must have experience managing other attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of the firm’s clients in Nevada.
• Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Manage other attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

• Currently admitted to practice law in Nevada (multi-state admission is a plus).
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience at a law firm.
