Schedule
- Personal Time Off per fiscal year (based on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service)
- Calendar of holidays observed each year
- Two breaks each year where employees are not required to use Personal Time Off: one at year end and one around the July 4th holiday
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." That's somewhat generic but we could incorporate into Benefits section prose? The instruction: Use for prose. Could add a short paragraph before list. But we already have list; we could add a
summarizing that KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. However that might be considered filler? It's substantive as it's in the posting. We'll include a
before the list.
Similarly for Pay we could have a
describing that KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, but we already have Benefits. The Pay section we have salary range.
We need to avoid duplication: The posting also says "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." and then details. We'll include that as a
in Benefits.
Also the posting says "Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday." That's schedule.
We should not include the line "KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations." That's somewhat boilerplate but includes info about salary determination; maybe we can keep a short sentence about salary being based on skills etc. However the instruction says to remove boilerplate/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The salary determination sentence is somewhat generic but could be considered boilerplate. However it's not exactly EEO; it's about pay transparency. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This sentence is legal/compliance about displaying salary ranges; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. We'll keep only the concrete salary range and link.
Also we should remove "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package."? That's not boiler
