Manager, US Market Access

Responsibilities

• Support advocacy efforts for coverage and payment adequacy with commercial and governmental payers
• Develop comprehensive coverage policies for the company products
• Lobby Medicaid agencies and state legislatures for appropriate payment rates
• Summarize clinical and economic evidence to strengthen product positioning
• Create tools and messaging to advocate for adequate payments
• Engage with sales and marketing teams to align reimbursement strategies
• Educate internal teams and external stakeholders on reimbursement best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in health policy, public health, or health economics
• 3-5 years of experience advocating for coverage and payment rates with US payers
• Understanding of the reimbursement landscape for medical technologies
• Strong payer market awareness and policy development knowledge
• Experience in effectively communicating reimbursement and coding information
