Manager, Treasury Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Treasury Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee core treasury activities that support liquidity, cash visibility, and effective funding across the organization. The role partners closely with finance stakeholders, banking partners, and internal project teams to strengthen treasury processes and improve financial flexibility. It is well suited for a treasury professional who can balance operational execution with strategic judgment in a regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $118,691 – $189,906 annually Responsibilities Oversee cash management and treasury operations in line with company policies Guide Treasury Analysts in daily funding activities Develop cash flow projections for varying timeframes Coordinate banking relationships and negotiate fee structures Manage the liquidity portfolio to optimize returns while maintaining appropriate liquidity Evaluate opportunities to improve the company's liquidity position Serve as the treasury subject matter expert for company projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field 8+ years of treasury or financial operations experience 10+ years of relevant experience if no degree Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations Experience in the health insurance sector preferred Benefits Flexibility in work location with a hybrid model Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness programs and career development opportunities Parental leave and adoption support 401k match with annual company contribution Tuition reimbursement for continued education Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
