Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer cash reconciliations globally
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly
- Enhance reconciliation controls and reporting metrics continuously
- Partner with Engineering to automate reconciliation workflows
- Serve as treasury subject matter expert in technical discussions
- Support new product launches with treasury insights
- Monitor customer liquidity across global banking accounts
- Manage funding risks and ensure daily operational needs are met
- Process and coordinate global payments accurately
- Contribute to treasury policy development and internal control processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in treasury operations or cash management
- Experience managing cash reconciliation processes in multi-currency environments
- Proven track record in process automation with engineering teams
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems like FedWire, ACH, and SWIFT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
