Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with safety standards and organizational objectives dictated by management.
- Manage the transportation budget and ensure proper utilization of funds.
- Oversee databases detailing transport activities, financial accountings, employee schedules, and personnel records.
- Screen, hire, train, and evaluate staff; recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Train staff on department policies, procedures, and updates on new laws or technological advances.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints.
- Allocate driver assignments.
- Manage insurance claims and transport damages.
- Coordinate all warranty claims.
- Utilize data-driven reporting of KPIs.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role.
