Manager Transformation Office, Strategy and Operations
Responsibilities
Support core transformation processes, including initiative definition, value sizing, timing, and confidence assessment across business pillars.
Maintain and operate transformation tracking tools (e.g., Shibumi), including data quality, logic checks, and ongoing updates.
Track initiative progress against plan; identify risks, slippage, and gaps to target and escalate issues proactively.
Ensure savings and value initiatives are translated cleanly and credibly into financial outcomes, in close partnership with Finance and People & Culture.
Support preparation of executive- and sponsor-level materials, including SteerCo content, value narratives, and decision-ready insights.
Partner with Super Pillar teams (e.g., Sales, G&A, Technology, Product & Studios, Manufacturing, Field services/supply chain) to pressure-test assumptions, clarify dependencies, and support execution.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or operations roles in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills, including business case support and translating operational actions into financial impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging senior leaders
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Preferred
- Experience in PE-backed environments, merger integration, or enterprise transformations
- Familiarity with transformation tracking tools (e.g., Shibumi, PMO platforms)
- Background supporting Finance, Operations, or Technology initiatives

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $76,179 to $150,000USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.
