About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our Corporate Tax team. This role will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA, effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location. This position will also be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA in the interim.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the annual TP compliance cycle, including the timely preparation and review of the global Master File, local country transfer pricing reports, local disclosure forms, and all other required filings under IRC Section 6662, OECD Guidelines, and country-specific regulations.
  • Execute the quarterly and year-end TP close process, including segmentation and reconciliation of financial data, profit reconciliation of all global entities, testing arm's length results, proposing adjustments, and preparing the TP provision.
  • Partner with Accounting, Controllership, Legal, and other teams to apply accounting policies for intercompany transactions.
  • Implement procedural changes that follow the company’s TP policy and strategy.
  • Maintain intercompany agreements to ensure they remain current, accurate, and aligned with the organization's transfer pricing policies and structures.
  • Liaise with external advisors on compliance deliverables and data requirements to ensure timely and accurate completion of all filings.
  • Drive improvements to standardize, streamline, and automate workflows and processes.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of tax technology and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or an equivalent area at a Big Four accounting firm and/or large multinational corporation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record managing the transfer pricing close process and provision, including profit reconciliation and accounting entries.
  • Hands-on experience with transfer pricing compliance and documentation, including Master File and Local file preparation.
  • Solid knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and U.S. and international tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis, reconciliation, modeling, and accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple compliance deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a structured, hands-on mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Alteryx, Claude, and other technology tools.
