Manager Trainee - Pahrump Location

Job Duties

• Serve as a supervisor, overseeing day-to-day operations of the store.
• Provide customer assistance and handle sales and quotes.
• Order and receive products for the store.
• Manage merchandise in the store.
• Handle front-end operations, including expedite orders.
• Train new employees.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Drive on company business (Safety-sensitive position).
• Operate equipment as required.

Employee Management

• Manage up to 2-3 employees in a retail setting.
