About the role

The Operational Strength Program (OSP) at Avis Budget Group is designed for ambitious, high-potential leaders ready to master operations and drive their careers. This immersive program combines structured learning, functional rotations, and real-world immersion.

Responsibilities

- Join as a Trainee in the OSP and kick-start your path to becoming an Operations Manager. - Rotate through key operational functions such as operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership. - Receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders. - Build skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. - Relocate to any one of Avis Budget Group's locations nationwide following completion of the structured training curriculum.

Requirements

- 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service. - Ability and willingness to relocate anywhere nationwide. - Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills. - Experience as a team member or team leader. - Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States. - Strong leadership potential, resilience, and passion for leading teams. - Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Regular, on-site presence (not remote).

- At least one year of experience providing high-quality customer service, with a demonstrated strong work ethic.
