About the role
Our Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Menards retail management. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a future management role. Successful trainees become eligible for promotion to any of our 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

- Leadership experience or a business‑related degree (preferred)
