Manager Trainee

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Lead Departments with responsibilities including managing assigned Systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring great quality food delivered fast, food safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
• People Department Manager responsibilities: hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring crew get a good start, and recognizing/motivating crew throughout their employment
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
