- Lead the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food and fast service.
- Lead the People Department to hire, train, and schedule staff effectively.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
