Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, fast, and safely.
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate them throughout their time at the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
