Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
• Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meeting targets during shifts
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Up to six months of learning the business
• Successful completion of training phase
• Advance to Second Assistant
• Earn a pay increase
• Continue to climb the ladder of opportunity
• Perform various tasks including food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
