Supply ChainFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job summary is a prose paragraph. Then Responsibilities (list). Then Qualifications (list maybe split into Minimum and Preferred). Then Benefits (list). Pay/Schedule not present (no specific pay or schedule details). So we omit those sections. Also we need to include Job ID? Not as heading; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a

with Job ID maybe. But we could drop it. Safer to include a short

with Job ID: "Job Opening ID: 00644054". Also maybe include location? Not present. So we will output:

About the role

Job Summary ...

Then

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ... etc. Then

    Qualifications

maybe split into Minimum and Preferred? Could be one section with sublists? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Minimum and Preferred into one Qualifications section with two sublists? But we need to use
    • for any list. Could have two
inside the section. That's fine. Then

        Benefits

... We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. We must preserve all substantive information: include all responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove the note about job description not comprehensive, reasonable accommodations, J.B. Hunt statement, etc. Also remove the line about "This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship." That's substantive? It's a qualification/condition; maybe keep? It's not a boilerplate; it's a specific condition. Could keep as a

maybe under Qualifications? But it's not a list. Could include as a paragraph under Qualifications. Also remove the duplicated lines like "Education Bachelors: ..." and "Work Experience ..." and "Certifications". Those are metadata; we could fold into a short

maybe. But they are not headings. We can include them as a short paragraph under Qualifications maybe. However the instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

with those lines. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; the education and work experience lines are substantive? They repeat qualifications already listed. Might be considered minor metadata. Could drop them. Safer to drop them as they are redundant with qualifications. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but if it's redundant, maybe still substantive? It's not adding new info. I'd drop them to keep concise. We also need to remove the line about "This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives..." That's compensation info; we don't have a Pay section because no specific numbers, but we could include that as a short paragraph under a Compensation subsection? But we are told not to create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we include Benefits. Compensation: they mention annual bonus and incentives based on profitability. That's compensation info but not a specific pay range. Should we include a Pay section? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state bonus eligibility, but not a specific pay range. However "Pay" section could be considered for compensation details. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation factors and bonus eligibility. So we could include a Pay section with that info. But the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay into Benefits? Not ideal. Might be better to include a Pay section with the compensation factors and bonus eligibility. However the rule about Pay section: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them, so we can include. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting says: "Compensation Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time." That's substantive, not filler. So we can include a Pay section with that paragraph. Similarly Schedule: not mentioned; we omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll output HTML fragment. Let's craft. About the role: use the Job Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list each bullet from "Key Responsibilities:" and the subsequent sentences that start with "Learn to ..." etc. We need to capture all responsibilities. The posting has a long list after "Key Responsibilities:" each starting with "Learn to ..." or "Fill in for ..." etc. We'll extract each as a list item. Let's list them: - Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safe, reliable outside carriers to ensure seamless new carrier set-up, minimize turnover, and maximize ongoing productivity - Fill in for absent or unavailable personnel and on special projects related to optimizing fleet operations and achieving profitability - Learn to utilize personnel management including training and orientation of drivers and/or employees including the training and assistance with internal and third party (customer) systems - Become proficient in maximizing efficiency of fleet operations and profitability and making recommendations for continuous improvement, measuring key performance indicators, and creating, maintaining and presenting customer specific reporting and financial analysis through face-to-face interactions at customer location - Gain knowledge on how to manage inventory, assets, customer pools and/or assignment of drivers to balance equipment in market - Learn to perform administrative duties such as payroll, management of the Net-Revenue budget, driver counseling, accident reviews, filing and documenting, resolving pay issues, analyzing P&L statements, invoicing and/or creating operational or financial reports - Learn to manage yard including checking/inspecting equipment, replacing parts (like mud flaps), completing repairs, etc., and coordinating with maintenance to ensure all regular preventative maintenance services are scheduled on time and all safety related mechanical issues are fixed for account equipment (as required) - Learn to work with drivers, customers, and company personnel to resolve service issues, routing and/or planning, mechanical problems, accessorial pay related issues, etc., as they occur throughout the day and, where necessary, when on call - Learn to maintain the Company's safety culture to include daily driver safety messages, monthly driver safety briefings, quarterly driver training, annual reviews, and enforce company policies to ensure DOT compliance and company safety requirements are being met - Learn to assign loads and plan, route, and monitor freight movement to provide safe, on-time service and meet customer requirements, including managing freight exceptions and driver ETA adjustments based on pick-up and delivery schedules, and other environmental factors on the road That's all. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications paragraph: "Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment" We can split into list items. Preferred Qualifications list: each bullet starting with "Experience managing a team", etc. Also the line "This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship." Could be a separate note. We'll include as a

under Qualifications maybe. Pay section: paragraph about compensation factors and bonus eligibility. Benefits: list each benefit. Let's craft HTML. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll output:
