What You’ll Do
- Sales & Customer Service: Support achieving location sales goals and deliver excellent customer service to enhance high customer service scores.
- Sales Techniques & CRM: Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
- Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
- Vehicle & Facility Care: Assist with store operations and compliance, including vehicle preparation and lot management.
- Customer Service Assistance: Provide miscellaneous tasks such as cleaning vehicles and assisting customers.
- Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
- Leadership Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations, build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching, and prepare for future leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong computer and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable attire.
- Experience working in a professional environment.
