A Day in the Life

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) supports flexible, local rental solutions for a broad customer base. As a Manager Trainee, you'll play a key role in achieving location sales goals, enhancing customer service, learning sales techniques, managing fleet logistics, assisting with store operations, supporting vehicle and facility care, and contributing to finance and administration tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Support achievement of location sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
• Assist with store operations and compliance
• Support team with miscellaneous tasks such as cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion
• Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics
• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Exceptional time management skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Presentable attire
• Experience working in a professional environment
