Hertz Local Edition (HLE) focuses on providing flexible, local rental solutions to a broad range of customers outside of our airport hubs. We're seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12-18 months.

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achieving location sales goals and deliver excellent customer service to achieve high scores.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Assist with store operations and perform tasks such as cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes, support deal completion, understand reporting, and manage business metrics.
• Ledger Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations, build leadership skills, and prepare for future roles.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable attire.
• Experience working in a professional environment.
