Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to oversee daily operations at rental locations, handling customers and operational tasks.
• Manage key departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Oversee fleet flow and inventory, aligning with customer demand and reservations.
• Operate the counter system: open/close rentals, modify contracts, update manifests, and maintain accuracy.
• Sell add-ons such as insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening/closing routines and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Handle office tasks including phone inquiries, supplies, and customer questions.
• Prepare reports and track daily activities to monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, including explaining charges, handling damage claims, and providing directions.
• Support team operations across locations as needed to foster collaboration.
• Coach, train, supervise, and motivate team members to build leadership skills.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A clean driving record within the last 3 years (with some exceptions).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Leadership experience or training (e.g., club officer, team captain, part-time supervisor).
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work on your feet in a client-facing role with a 5-day schedule, including full weekend and open availability.
