About the role
This role is within Lilly's Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q) organization, which is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company. The role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a new greenfield site in Huntsville, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, understanding their work and needs.
- Translate business strategy into talent strategy, crafting recruitment approaches tailored to each team's unique needs.
- Represent Talent Acquisition with credibility and clarity, engaging and influencing leaders at all levels.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for the new M&Q site in Huntsville, Alabama, developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies.
- Present highly qualified candidate slates that reflect a genuine understanding of role requirements.
- Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations with skill and precision.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
- Track and communicate key recruiting metrics with clarity and confidence.
- Use market intelligence and competitive data to inform sourcing strategies and provide guidance on talent availability and compensation.
- Identify patterns and gaps in the talent pipeline and bring forward solutions before problems arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices based on data and outcomes.
- Champion Lilly's mission, values, and employer brand with authenticity and passion at every touchpoint.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices in attraction, interviewing, and selection to elevate the quality of every hire.
- Partner with key customers in the business and HR to remove barriers and move with agility.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting technical, scientific, or manufacturing talent.
- Strong business acumen and genuine curiosity about the functions you support.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
- A proactive, solutions-first approach where you identify gaps and bring ideas, not just problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in crafting compelling outreach and navigating complex conversations.
- A data-driven mindset—knowing how to use metrics to tell a story and influence stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit with a track record of sharing insights, lifting teammates, and winning together.

Pay
The anticipated wage for this position is $58,500 - $137,500.
