Manager, Technical Project Management

About the role

The Defense Mission and Health Solutions team, Benefits, Claims & Integrity Solutions Operating Unit seeks an Eligibility Support Product Lines Integrator to support our Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer delivery and be part of the leadership for CMS Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, and mission stakeholders to ensure that eligibility-related systems and language-specific workflows are integrated, validated, and functioning at enterprise scale.
• Support eligibility-focused product lines by coordinating requirements, workflows, and system integrations.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to integrate enhancements and resolve cross-system issues.
• Aid in defining, documenting, and validating eligibility rules, decision logic, and business processes.
• Conduct impact analyses, gap assessments, and integration testing to ensure seamless product performance.
• Maintain a holistic view of Marketplace IT operations and the consumer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with eligibility systems, case management workflows, or rules-based engines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data workflows, or enterprise product environments.
• US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field: IT, business, linguistics, systems engineering (preferred).
• Experience working in federal programs, especially in public health, benefits, vetting, or security-focused environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with multilingual data workflows or language support requirements (preferred).
• Knowledge of agile development, configuration management, and integration testing practices (preferred).
