About the role
We're seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management to drive execution for Applied Intelligence Data Engineering (AIDE), the team behind the ETL and streaming data platform powering analytics, personalization, and applied ML across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. You'll own delivery of AIDE's highest-visibility initiatives bringing program structure to a fast-shifting environment and becoming the delivery engine for AIDE's product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Program Execution & Delivery Leadership – Drive end-to-end coordination for an in-flight product integration and a larger upcoming onboarding of product lines onto AIDE's unified data platform, from inception through full production cutover; define scope, milestones, sequencing, reporting & dashboarding for senior executive team and stakeholders; bring systems thinking and technical judgment to pipeline and infrastructure tradeoffs, and influence outcomes across a matrixed set of stakeholders without formal authority.
- Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution – Own cross-team dependency tracking and priority alignment across technology touchpoints; proactively identify technical and delivery risks (integration gaps, data-quality regressions, ingestion reliability, infrastructure capacity) and drive mitigation with accountable owners; facilitate root-cause clarity on complex, blocking issues; surface tradeoffs and escalate decisions with crisp options and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Communication – Partner with engineering and adjacent product teams to align milestones and ensure delivery; translate technical tradeoff discussions into clear plans for both technical and non-technical audiences; provide clear, executive-ready updates on status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs to team and org management.
Basic Qualifications

- Data Platform or Data Engineering Program experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Solid ability to identify technical risk, manage interconnected workstreams, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical partners
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to a fast-moving, still-evolving platform integration
Additional Qualifications
- Working knowledge with the following is preferred (deep hands-on engineering is not required, but comfort discussing these systems with engineers is):
- Event pipelines and streaming message platforms, and how raw client events flow into a data warehouse for downstream reporting and ML
- Cloud data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) for ETL/ELT scheduling
- Containerized services and cloud-native services; infrastructure as code; pipelines at scale
- Automated testing for data quality and regression detection; anomaly detection
- Business intelligence tools and dashboarding
- Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools: candidates should be comfortable using AI coding assistants to improve program management workflows, reporting, dashboards, and automation within the product development operating model
