As Manager, Technical Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these solutions to life by leading implementation initiatives, guiding pilot programs, gathering user insights, and ensuring new capabilities are successfully adopted across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pilot programs and phased rollouts for analytics, AI, and decisioning solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to translate user feedback into product enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, processes, templates, and reporting needs.
  • Analyze current ways of working and identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve them.
  • Facilitate implementation activities and business-focused Agile workstreams that support adoption and long-term success.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, data, and technology teams.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that slow adoption, implementation, or program progress.
  • Track risks, decisions, actions, and outcomes using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Create clear documentation, implementation plans, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Help establish scalable implementation standards and best practices that can be applied across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex programs, implementations, technology rollouts, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project or program management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across teams.
  • Experience working with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading pilot programs, beta launches, phased deployments, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Background in media, advertising, marketing technology, analytics, measurement, or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics, AI, business intelligence, or data platforms.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and driving user adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

In your first several months, you will:

  • Build strong partnerships across business, product, and technical teams.
  • Establish effective processes for gathering requirements and managing pilot programs.
  • Successfully launch and support pilot initiatives with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Create a strong feedback loop between users and product teams that drives continuous improvement.
  • Help teams adopt new solutions with confidence while improving consistency and operational efficiency.

Schedule

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices (Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City) are required to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $120,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
