We're seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Infrastructure Program Management in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA to lead a team of Technical Infrastructure Program Managers responsible for delivering data center build projects. In this role, you will manage, mentor, and develop a team of TIPMs while maintaining direct ownership of program delivery. You will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through scope and schedule creation, budget management, completed design, implementation, commissioning, and data center deployment. Along the way, you will use your judgment, critical thinking skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, eliminate non-value-add activities, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.

- Apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields.
- 7+ years of project management experience (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management).
- 3+ years of team management experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Experience working in a data center or mission critical facility (example: hospital, military facility, public safety facility, etc.), or experience in construction.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
- Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus.
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal) who is not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Ability to understand mechanical/electrical engineering concepts.
- Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
Pay
USA, VA, Herndon: $163,500.00 – $221,300.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle: $163,500.00 – $221,300.00 USD annually
