Purpose of Role: Responsible for advancing the organization's enterprise talent strategy by driving consistent, data-informed talent and performance practices across the business. Partners with leaders to strengthen organizational capability through effective performance management, talent insights, succession planning, and workforce planning. Works closely with Employee Relations, HR Technology, Compensation, and OD teams within HR and business leaders to ensure leaders have the tools, data, and guidance needed to make thoughtful talent decisions, differentiate performance, and build high-performing teams that support Finance of America's long-term business strategy. Reports to the VP, Talent Management.
Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders to promote consistent, objective, and effective performance management practices across the organization.
- Analyzes performance, talent, and organizational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for leadership focus.
- Develops and maintains enterprise talent insights that support succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manages enterprise talent reviews by providing data analysis, facilitating calibration discussions, and documenting key outcomes and action plans.
