About The Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a global recruiting team supporting Product and Engineering organizations. This critical role will be responsible for leading our Product and Engineering Talent Team. Your role will be a player/coach/lead in partnering closely with the business and talent team to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people for highly technical engineering roles at CrowdStrike while managing a team. You will work cross functionally with your peers in the Engineering TA organization as well as Engineering hiring leaders across the Globe. We are a hybrid team, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated track record of managing and leading a global product and engineering recruitment team.
  • Inspire, grow and nurture a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against Business hiring needs while meeting quality expectations.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.
  • Collaborate with key business leadership partners to understand future plans and develop a global strategy to deliver on these plans.
  • Define overall recruiting performance goals across the team.
  • Lead and develop recruiting managers to scale their teams.
  • Champion recruiting process improvements on a global level for scalability.
  • Exceptional ability to direct source, hard to find niche candidates utilizing creativity through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal and external networks and other sites to perform Boolean searches.
  • Ability to compose compelling email campaigns that highlight the exciting technical challenges and incredible culture at CrowdStrike.
  • Showcase your talent by attracting and engaging with candidates through your external efforts and creativity.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability in identifying and assessing a strong candidate pool.
  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency.
  • Liaise closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of position and function.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related discipline or the equivalent in the industry in job experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.
  • 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team required.
  • 7+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
