This position is hybrid with 2 days a week required on site at the plant in Halifax, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions including but not limited to developing and activating candidate pipelines, leveraging technology, social media/search engine channels and AI powered talent solutions.
• Lead and maintain responsibility for the integrity of the talent assessment process including resume screening, advanced competency-based phone interviews, consensus meetings, and hiring results.
• Serve as a key influencer, building strategic partnerships and leveraging data and research to achieve quality of hire, time to fill, customer and candidate satisfaction.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Create employee branding content, including employee testimonials, day in the life videos, and cultural highlights.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and relevant industry forums to source, engage, and develop talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, including a communication strategy to engage candidates.
• Create and execute proactive recruitment strategies to navigate through challenging and high demand roles within competitive markets and industries.
• Actively participate in local career fair events and campus recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
• 5+ years recruitment experience utilizing technology and social channels to source candidates.
• ATS systems experience (UKG/Ultipro preferred).
• CPG recruitment experience preferred.

Schedule

Hybrid with 2 days a week on site at the plant in Halifax, NC.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Office environment.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

This position is exempt and eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
