Job Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner leads organizational recruiting efforts while serving as a strategic HR advisor. This role drives full-cycle recruitment, supports employee relations, and partners with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined HR and Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred
- Strong understanding of recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Must have the ability to demonstrate active listening
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure
- Able to demonstrate a positive and outgoing personality and enjoy working, speaking, and collaborating with a variety of people
- Able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paylocity (or similar HRIS)
- Knowledge of Union Collective Bargaining Agreements is a bonus
Qualifications And Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, acceptable insurance, and be able to drive to all Company facilities
- This role requires full-time, in-office attendance. Travel to other Heidelberg offices may be required on an as-needed basis to support Company initiatives
