About the role
This position delivers strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC’s talent needs. As the main point of contact for internal clients, you will work with Senior Management to plan and execute the hiring strategy. You will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source, and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from director to front-line staff, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting.
Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters in full-life cycle talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal clients and senior leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies.
- Oversee sourcing, networking, and candidate pipeline development for roles at all levels.
- Ensure high standards for customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting.
- Apply project management skills to corporate-level recruitment initiatives.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and manage relationships with external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Project management experience at a corporate level.
- Strong negotiation skills, including vendor agreement experience.
- Exhibited analytical and organizational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Experience with Workday applications.
- Experience working with temporary employee agencies, testing/assessments, and vendor selection.
- Experience in recruiting for all levels of exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, internal policies, and organizational changes impacting HR.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, and/or other HRIS systems.
Schedule
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
Pay
Compensation range: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
