About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide recruitment expertise and drive the evolution of Athletico’s TA function. This role leads a team of Recruiters, oversees full-cycle recruitment for experienced candidates, shapes recruitment marketing initiatives, refines technology and system design, spearheads projects, and implements process improvements. The Manager collaborates with business leaders across a dynamic organization to meet workforce planning and hiring goals while navigating the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve company goals, build capabilities, and drive efficiencies.
  • Design systems and processes that empower the team to deliver high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with field leaders to leverage data and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles.
  • Drive accountability through KPIs to effectively utilize technology tools and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify learning and development opportunities and design training programs for the team.
  • Stay current on market trends and implement proof-of-concept tests.
  • Manage Athletico’s employment brand, ensuring alignment with the corporate brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
  • Ability to lead programs and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical Demands

  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Ability to perform office activities such as sitting for extended periods, computer work, filing, and lifting/carrying office supplies (e.g., paper reams, mail).
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds.
  • Fine hand manipulation (e.g., keyboarding).

Work Environment

Internal office setting with a typically low noise level.

Pay

Salaried full-time (40-hour) base pay range: USD $102,000 – $125,000 per year. Individual base pay depends on role complexity, responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, and primary work location. Additional compensation such as incentives, GAP, overtime, and stipends may apply based on program rules and location.
