Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Rosedale Office Building – First Shift (United States of America) – 40 standard weekly hours.
About the role
Cook Children's Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the applicant experience, Talent Acquisition implementations, sourcing, and vendor management. You will coordinate employment and onboarding functions, identify recruitment sources and strategies, and lead social-media and talent-brand initiatives. The role facilitates the hiring process from applicant sourcing and screening through onboarding and orientation for assigned areas. As Manager, you will implement new technologies, policies, and procedures, and oversee recruiters, the secretarial pool, and the onboarding team. You will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop strategies that support recruiting efforts and other employment-related activities, including budget tracking, serving as a Talent Acquisition subject-matter expert, and handling project work as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in recruitment required
- Experience with Workday
- Prior management experience
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills preferred
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred
