About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices and ensure code quality.
- Participate in design sprints and facilitate workshops to ideate and implement innovative solutions.
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
